“...damn bad oyster. The Times of William Goebel, Governor” will premier on Kentucky Educational Television (KET) on January 25. Written, produced, directed by Sean Anderson, this documentary is about Kentucky Governor William Goebel, the only U.S. governor assassinated while in office. The video features historical documents and photos along with expert interviews and video of historic locations.
This long-forgotten tale shows Kentucky politics at its most violent time, and also draws parallels to what’s going on in Frankfort today. Don’t miss this engaging Kentucky story.
