Dynamix Provides ADR for "Beauty Shop"

Neil Kesterson of Dynamix Productions recently recorded audio dialogue replacement (ADR) for MGM’s upcoming movie Beauty Shop. Stand-up comedienne and actress Adele Givens, who plays a DJ in the film, stopped by the Dynamix studios for her ADR session. Beauty Shop stars Queen Latifa, Alicia Silverstone, Andie MacDowell, Alfre Woodard, and Kevin Bacon. The movie is expected to be released in the fall of 2005. Read the press release here.

Soundtrack for Short Film "A Second More"

Dynamix just completed final mixing on the soundtrack for A Second More, a short film produced by Twenty One Productions, a strategic partner. The film made its debut at the Midwest Entertainment Conference in Lexington on November 4, 2004.

Lexington Humane Society Fund Raising Video

The Lexington Humane Society is seeking capital funding. Dynamix produced the soundtrack for their fund-raising video. Post Time Productions produced and edited the video that will premiere at Lexington's Beastie Ball in November.

Larry Conley Voices Midnight Madness Video

Broadcast analyst and former University of Kentucky and ABA basketball star Larry Conley was at Dynamix recently to voice a video for UK's 2004 "Midnight Madness." "What Is Kentucky Basketball?", produced by Kip Perkins of UK Sports Video, was produced in an ESPN-style format that matched the entertainment for the evening.

Dynamix Provides Sound for Sam's Club Training Video

Stephens Direct of Dayton, Ohio recently hired Dynamix to produce the soundtrack for a Sam's Club services employee trianing video. Producer Scott Scarborough shot footage at Sam's Club headquarters in Arkansas, then edited the video with Fred Barbaro of Video Adventures in Dayton.

Kidz Blitz is High Bidder at Makenna Foundation Fundraiser

Kidz Blitz, a children's ministry group, was the successful high-bidder for our donation to the Makenna Foundation, which raises money for the University of Kentucky Children's Foundation. Kidz Blitz produced a question-and-answer audio CD for their children's church curriculum.

Weller Bourbon Point-of-Purchase DVD

Dynamix completed the soundtrack for Weller Bourbon's in-store point-of-purchase DVD of their "wheated" bourbon offerings. The visuals were shot on HD (High Definition) by Post Time Productions for Cornett Advertising. Footage included scenes at historic Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky.

"All For You" All Over TV

All For You," a fashion and style show is now airing on WLEX-TV 18 Sundays at noon. Hosts Mickey Binion and Kristen Brockman take viewers to area charity balls, entertainment venues, and social events. Guests have included Wynonna Judd, Larry Flint, Tanya Tucker, J. D. Crowe, Snoop Dogg, Boyz II Men, Chris Redman of the Baltimore Ravens, Scott Padgett of the Utah Jazz, and Farah Fath and Eric Winter of Days of Our Lives. Dynamix provides ADR for "Hide & Seek"

Twentieth Century Fox hired Dynamix to record ADR (automatic dialog replacement) for their soon-to-be released motion picture "Hide & Seek." The Biking Solution Goes National

The Biking Solution just finished national radio spots with Dynamix. Stephens Direct of Dayton, Ohio produced radio spots featuring local voice-over artists Leland Conway, Tabatha Conway, Laurie Genet, Bob Johnson, and Keith Krey.

Interactive CD-ROM Project

Dynamix Productions recently finished an interactive CD-ROM project for a scientific study. We recorded all the voice prompts that take the participant through the survey via touch-screen. All pieces of audio were separated into individual files (over 425 of them!) for coding into the software. This is just another service we perform that you may not be aware of. Understanding the logistics of media coding, compression and delivery is important for successful interactive media projects.

Tom Dixon Featured In Bell South Ads

Listen for Tim Dixon, exterminator, entomologist, and satisfied Real Yellow Pages by Bell South customer. Dynamix provided ISDN link-up to Doppler Studios in Atlanta for the radio spots that hit the air on August 16th, 2004.

Carpet One Sales Convention

Carpet One's semi-annual sales convention kicks off in August with several videos that have soundtracks produced by Dynamix. Stephens Advertising of Dayton, Ohio produced them. Video Adventures of Dayton and Post Time Productions provided post-production editing.

Trainer John Ward Featured in BB&T Ads

Dynamix recorded location audio with Kentucky Derby winning trainer John Ward for Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T) radio commercial. Listen in the following months.

"America" Wins Two National Awards

"America: One Nation Under God," a stirring radio program produced by Leland Conway, Benson Gregory, and Dynamix Productions, aired July 4th on 7 radio stations in Kentucky and West Virginia. This program won 2 Silver Microphone Awards, and one ADDY award.

"While You Were Out" Stops In Dynamix

BBC NY Productions recently hired Dynamix to record the voice-over for an episode of "While You Were Out." WYWO, which plays on The Learning Channel (TLC), was in Lexington recently videotaping a future episode. Show host Evan Farmer was remotely directed via phone patch from New York. Watch for the episode featuring a Hilton Head, SC Star Trek fan who has his bar transformed into a haven any Trekkie would enjoy.

Dynamix on Air America

Radio spots produced at Dynamix by Tempur-Pedic are among the first spots to play on Air America, the new liberal radio network. The "Expert" spots started play during the first week and will continue indefinitely.
